Since the last post Tool tickets for four more concerts have been added to their summer tour!
Tool is coming to San Diego on July 15; Las Vegas on July 16; and Los Angeles on July 18 and 19.
Though it has been four years since Tool released their last album–10,000 Days–they have begun working on their next album. (Read More…)

Anybody who knows Tool’s schedule knows that we aren’t going to hear from them for a while.
The rockers, who have released only four albums since their 1993 debut, tend to take long breaks between albums, allowing time for plenty of resting, and recording, and fortunately some touring.
While fans have to go long periods without hearing new music, they are at least able to stay in sync with the band via their near-constant blog updates on their website, www.toolband.com.

Tool is playing at the Epicenter Festival 2009 on August 22! Though they have taken a short break (they haven’t played any concerts since August 8 at LOLLAPALOOZA) they will no doubt be back with a vengeance!
Epicenter 09 is So Cal’s rock explosion with two stages—the monster energy stage and the main stage. The shows begin at noon, and Tool has been called in to close the place down at 9:30 p.m.
